Required Documents

Business portfolio or CV.
A recommendation from the competent authorities.
Recent bank statement.
A copy of the residency permit. Only the Absher copy (in the new yellow form with the residency expiry date written) is added for each ID
Passports copy.
Personal photos.
Visas for visitors.
The applicant’s personal national address.

Service Conditions

Fulfilling the minimum list of eligibility criteria approved by the Culture and Sports System.
Passing the minimum financial solvency (to ensure that the costs of living in Saudi Arabia are borne)
Obtaining a recommendation from the Culture System or the Ministry of Sports, depending on the applicant’s field.
The transaction period in the system is 3 months, which can be increased according to each transaction.
All residencies and passports must be valid for 6 months at the time of application.
