Required Documents
A copy of the commercial register.
Letter of waiver from the partners.
National Address.
The new owner’s national ID.
The national identity of the assigning owner.
Service Conditions
1- The commercial register must be active.
2- The new owner must not have a commercial registration for a sole proprietorship.
3- The new owner must not be a government employee and must be at least 18 years old.
4- The commercial register name must not be the personal name of the assignor.
5- Verify the following in the case of a deceased individual:
- Submission of the inheritance deed.
- Submission of the guardianship deed in case there are minors.
- A legal power of attorney from all heirs stating their waiver of the establishment.
- A sales and waiver contract from the heirs, clearly indicating the commercial registration number.
