Required Documents

A copy of the Commercial Register
A copy of the Commercial License needed to be cancelled.
A copy of the ID.

Service Conditions

The Commercial License must be cancelled before the commercial register is cancelled.
The license will be automatically revoked one year after the license expires.
Delayed cancellation of license exposes you to pay renewal fees upon cancellation in accordance with the Executive Regulation of Municipal Licensing Procedures AED 1438.
Cancellation fee is 20 SAR with the license required to be valid.
