Service Conditions
1-The trademark must be owned by the person who wishes to assign it, and the trademark protection period must be valid.
2- The ownership of a trademark may be transferred to others through any act or transaction that transfers ownership, provided that the transaction is in writing and is not intended to mislead the public, especially with regard to the nature or origin of the products or services.
3-The assignment of trademark ownership shall not have legal effect with respect to third parties until it has been published and recorded in the commercial register.
