Required Documents

Trademark image.
Attach permission of approval of the owner of the name/Image/Title/logo.
Attach the meaning of the Arabic word if the word is not understood by the general public.
Attach a certificate proving the identity of the domain owner (.com) if the image contains a domain name.
Attach supporting documents to verify the validity of the aforementioned date if the image of the mark contains a Gregorian or Hijri date.
Attach proof of eligibility for the academic degree indicated in the image of the trademark to be registered.
If the mark was previously submitted within six months in another country, a certificate of filing is attached, a certificate showing the date of filing issued by the entity where the application is filed, along with a copy of the previous application and a translation into Arabic, within six months from the date of submitting the registration application.
Attach the translation of the mark, along with an explanation of how it is pronounced for foreign phrases, from a certified translator’s office.
Attach identification documents if the name is family (commercial registry - national ID).
Attach the mark registration certificate if the mark is expired and the renewal period has passed and the owner wishes to register it in a different or amended commercial registry.
