Service Conditions
The employer (sponsor, the worker or his family members – whose visa is to be issued – must not have been registered as one of the following statuses: (dead, runaway or having «Istigdam» violation).
Pay all traffic fines for the worker.
There should be no offense for not canceling a previously issued and unused visa.
For the worker not to have a valid visa.
The presence of the individual to whom the visa is to be issued is inside the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when the visa is issued.
The primary visa holder must travel with all dependents added to the passport.
Government fees for exit and return visa are 200 riyals per month
• Worker›s passport validity must be 90 days or more.
• Existence of fingerprint of the person to be issued a visa (for males aged 18 years and older)
