The service aims to facilitate the initiation and operation of industrial projects by granting the necessary permits in accordance with applicable regulations. The service includes two main types: Preliminary License: Issued for industrial projects in the planning or establishment stages, allowing investors to take initial steps. Final License: Issued for fully prepared factories after meeting all requirements, enabling full operation and production. Applicants are required to provide accurate data about the industrial activity, a feasibility study, and factory blueprints. Through this service, the ministry offers benefits such as customs exemptions, financial support, and technical guidance.

This service is part of the Kingdom's strategy to strengthen the industrial sector and support investment in line with Vision 2030.
