Registration is done through National Access Portal or Absher Platform.

The website serves all parties, including Saudis, residents, and investors from outside the Kingdom. However, the registration and service initiation process differs: • Citizens, Residents, : Log in using their National ID through the National Access Portal. • Non-Resident Investors: Must register via email to begin the service process.

All services with fees exceeding 500 SAR must be formalized through an electronic contract authenticated via the National Access system. For services with fees less than 500 SAR, a contract is optional and will be issued upon the client’s request.

A person can act on behalf of another to execute a service, but the specific code for the service must be obtained to complete the process.
