Company Self-Assessment

What is the purpose of self-assessment? The purpose of self-assessment is to create work environments that achieve the highest levels of compliance with the decisions and regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. This is done through an integrated process that begins with the organization evaluating itself to determine its compliance rate with laws and regulations. Subsequently, the organization corrects its conditions by identifying areas of compliance and addressing any violations before the inspector's visit. What is the self-assessment service? It is a paid service costing SAR 345, designed to help organizations measure their compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's decisions and regulations and improve their compliance rate. The service relies on submitting accurate and truthful information through the platform, as there are no right or wrong answers. The evaluation process involves filling out the required data and uploading necessary files. The evaluation is based on three main axes: Standards related to organizations (4 standards): General provisions, recruitment rules, occupational hazard prevention, and health and social services. General standards related to employees (3 standards): Leaves, wages, and employment relations. Special standards related to employing certain categories (2 standards): Employment of non-Saudis and general employment provisions. Evaluation Stages: After completing the self-assessment, the request is submitted through the platform to obtain the evaluation results, which indicate the organization's compliance rate and provide a report on issues requiring correction, penalties, and violations. The organization then addresses these issues based on the established standards, pays any penalties (if applicable), and re-submits the updated data through the platform. A field auditor can be requested to review the corrected data. Issuance of Compliance Certificates: Silver Compliance Certificate: Granted to organizations with a compliance rate between 80% and 99%, valid for six months. Gold Compliance Certificate: Granted to organizations with a compliance rate of 100%, valid for one year.
