A copy of the commercial register of the facility to which the worker is to be transferred.
Resident ID of the worker.
Service Conditions
Your facility must be existing.
The commercial register must be valid.
The facility affiliated with the same group of facilities does not have any expired work permits.
The establishment must comply with the wage protection system.
The transfer of employees shall not exceed the permitted recruitment balance (visas and transfers) for the medium green range level (for establishments in the expansion period).
