An acknowledgment of converting the company into an establishment certified by the Chamber of Commerce in PDF format.
Documents and supporting papers required to prove the partners’ decision to the notary public.
Bring the original card for Saudis and the original family book for women and minors
The presence of the parties or their representative (in the event that women attend without a new national ID, the presence of a identifier or two witnesses is required).
Attach and bring the agencies’ certification from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Justice (if the agency is from outside Saudi Arabia)
Attach and bring the articles of association + the commercial register of the company and the partner companies or institutions
Attach and bring the foreign agency after it has been certified by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Justice, translated and certified by the Chamber of Commerce (if any)
