Service Conditions
The employer (sponsor) and the worker or one of his family members whose visa is to be canceled must not be registered in one of the following cases: deceased, escaped, has a recruitment violation.
The worker must pay all traffic violations.
There should be no violation for failure to cancel a previously issued and unused visa.
Lack of a valid visa for the individual to whom a visa is to be issued
The presence of the individual to whom the visa is to be issued within the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when it is issued.
The validity of the passport of the individual to whom a visa is to be issued must be 60 days or more.
The presence of a fingerprint of the individual to whom the visa is to be issued (for males and females aged 15 years and older).
The individual to whom a visa is to be issued must not have a vehicle registered in the system.
The visa must be used within two months of its issuance, otherwise fines will be applied according to regulations.
The primary visa holder must travel with all members of his family added with the passport. The (employer) must destroy the residence permit of the resident, bearing full responsibility.
