Service Conditions
The commercial registration must be active.
The applicant's age must not be less than 18 years.
For the applicant not to be a government employee.
A valid investment license for the foreign establishment must be provided, with a duration of no less than 90 days.
The following must be verified if the establishment is a cooperative or charitable association:
A certificate of the association's registration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development must be provided.
The applicant must have a power of attorney or authorization from the association's board.
The following must be verified if the establishment is an endowment:
Endowment deed is required.
A legal power of attorney must be provided by the endower, the endowment administrator, or the board of trustees.
The requirements for updating the commercial registration data must be fulfilled in the event of an update.
