Service Conditions

The worker's passport is updated by the employer or his authorized representative only if there is an authorization.
The worker cannot update his passport information.
Passport information can only be updated once every five years through the Muqeem platform.
Passport information cannot be updated if the remaining validity period of the current passport is more than one calendar year.
The presence of the resident within the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the implementation of the service.
He must not be registered in the system as “absent from work.”
The service is implemented from the employer's account for one of his employees.
There are no traffic violations on the residence record for which the new passport is to be registered.
