Service Conditions
The applicant must be the owner of the establishment or electronically authorised on their behalf.
An authorization from the association's board of the applicant must be provided if the entity is a cooperative or charitable association.
The endowment deed and a legal power of attorney from the endower, the endowment administrator, or the board of trustees must be provided if the entity is an endowment institution.
The estate inventory deed, guardianship deed if minors are involved, and a legal power of attorney from all heirs specifying the cancellation of the commercial registration must be provided if the owner is deceased.
