A service through which a license can be obtained to provide advertising content by individuals via social media platforms. The advertisement includes the individual’s promotion of a brand, product, service, event or commercial event. This license excludes the individual’s advertisement of a product or service of his own via his personal account.

Service Conditions

The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
The license applicant must pledge to abide by the terms and conditions for individuals submitting advertising content via social media platforms issued by the Authority.
The license applicant must pledge to adhere to the controls regarding content, advertisements, classifications (including age classification), and instructions issued by the Authority.
The license applicant must undertake to provide any data, information or reports requested by the Authority.
The license applicant must pledge to stop advertising any media content immediately and without objection upon the Authority’s request.
The license applicant must pledge not to display any advertisement except through an account registered with the Authority and linked to the license granted to the licensee.
The resident or foreign investor is required to have a license (audio and visual media advertising offices, marketing offices, and advertising agencies) and his ownership percentage in the company must not be less than 50%, according to the data registered with government agencies.
