This license is granted: 1- To operate a cable and television distribution platform, using the Internet Protocol, that is capable of providing visual and audio content through servers, coaxial cables, and fiber optic cables, including broadcasting using Internet Protocol networks. 2- Entities that provide video broadcasting services over a closed network (such as cable services) for the benefit of beneficiaries.

Required Documents

Providing a certificate of the application of all information security standards for the station’s servers, as approved by the Authority.
Providing the Authority with a list of services, packages, and subscription prices.
The appointment of the selection is committed to be all the applications and programs used in the visualization of the visible and the audible through the internet protocol C).
