Required Documents

The license applicant must have a specific address (national address).
The applicant’s ID must be valid (national ID - resident ID - passport).

Service Conditions

Providing the Authority with a list of channel packages and subscription prices
The license applicant must pledge to abide by the regulations and instructions related to family supervision of service users
Pledge to adhere to the controls regarding content, advertisements, classifications (including age classification), and instructions issued by the Authority
Pledge to submit a report to the Authority every six months or when the Authority requests it. The report must include the following: the number of actual subscribers during the last six months, and the expected number of subscribers during the following six months, a table of packages and channels, with a statement of the prices for each, audited financial statements.
