Required Documents

A commercial register containing the required media activity.
The license applicant must have a specific address (national address).
Attach the entity's financial statements for five years in the field of activity for category (A) and three years for categories (B, C).

The license applicant must provide proof of experience and ability to operate cinemas in accordance with the Authority’s requirements.
The license applicant must submit a complete operational plan for operating cinemas in accordance with the Authority’s requirements.
Code of the national classification of economic activities 591401.
The operator must have more than (100) one hundred screens in place globally at the time of submitting the application for Category (A) and (10) screens in place globally at the time of submitting the application for Categories (B, C).
Must have experience in the field of activity for a period of not less than ten years for Category (A) and five years for Categories (B, C).
