A copy of a bachelor’s degree, diploma, master’s degree, or professional certificate.
A copy of the passport for non-Saudis.
A declaration and authorization form, a certificate equivalency decision, or a certificate verification report.

Service Conditions
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Accounting.
Holders of one of the following professional certificates issued by the Authority: Associate's Degree, Accounting Technician Certificate.
Holders of one of the fellowship certificates from the following international institutes: AICPA, ICAEW, CICA, CA Australia, ACCA, ICAP, ICAI.
Holders of a diploma or higher qualification in one of the specializations of the Colleges of Administrative Sciences. Provided: - The applicant’s academic record must contain at least 6 accounting hours, or the accounting hours must be completed using the methods approved by the Authority.
Only educational certificates recognized by the Ministry of Education are accepted.
