The trainee cannot change the training course after paying the invoice.
The trainee is not entitled to a refund of the training course fees in the event of withdrawal after the start of the training course.
The trainee is not entitled to a refund of fees if he does not attend the course, or if he does not request a cancellation at least 5 working days before the start of the course.
The trainee has the right to recover the course fees or transfer the balance to another course of the same value in the event that the Authority cancels or postpones a training course - To receive a refund of payment fees, a course cancellation request must be submitted 5 business days before the start of the course - The course fee refund process takes 20 business days.
