Required Documents
1- Conclude an agreement between establishments.
2- Attach copies of valid commercial records for all parties, originating from Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
3- A copy of the resident’s valid ID.
4- A nominal statement of the workers requesting the permit and their work, specifying the work inside Makkah Al-Mukarramah for the resident in Arabic.
5- Attach a permit from the Transport Authority of the Holy Capital and approval from the Ministry of Hajj for the profession of taxi and bus drivers.
6- Attach a letter with the name of the applicant for the permit, issued by the contracting party.
7- Attach the lease contract from the Ejar platform.

Service Conditions
1- The applicant must be a resident of Saudi Arabia to be eligible to obtain an entry permit to Mecca.
2- The applicant must have a valid residency card.
3- Approval period within 72 hours of submitting the application.
4- Automatically document the contract on the system to show that the contract is documented by both parties.
