This service enables licensed industrial establishments to submit periodic industrial surveys to update their industrial registry data with the National Center for Industrial and Mining Information. It ensures compliance with the Unified GCC Industrial System requirements, as per the executive regulations of the Unified Industrial Regulation Law for GCC countries.

Required Documents

1- Audited Financial Data (Zakat declarations or financial statements).
2- Supporting Documents for Establishment Data (Factory’s national address, image of the factory entrance, water or electricity bill).
3- Product Data (Product image, product composition, data sheet, guide, or data standards).
4- Licensed Design Energy Data (Design document, equipment manufacturer specifications, or Industrial Development Fund report).
5- Production Data (Production log or sales volume).
7- Raw Material Data (Image of the raw material, data sheet, guide, or data standards).
7- Environmental Data (If applicable).

Service Conditions

1- Continuously update the industrial project data in accordance with the ministry's instructions
2- Provide the required financial data based on the audited balance sheet, and the final accounts for each fiscal year
3- Authorize the ministry to request additional data about the establishment/factory from government entities or other sources when needed.
4- The government approval period ranges from 5-10 working days.
