Required Documents

Service Conditions

1-The commercial register must be active.
2-The activity must be within the company’s objectives.
3- A valid license is required if an activity is added that requires a license prior to issuance.
4- Submitting a statement of license cancellation in the event that an activity requiring a license is removed before issuance.
5-Determine the practice of e-commerce if the applicant is a practitioner of it.
6- Verify the following if the company is a foreign company: - The establishment has an investment license valid for a period of no less than (90) days. - The activities added to the application must be consistent with the company's investment license.
7- Verify the following if the company is a joint-stock company or a simplified joint-stock company: - The minutes of the general assembly must be available. - Submit a letter requesting amendments to the company's publications, certified by the Chamber of Commerce. - The board members must not be government employees.
