The commercial registration must be active.
A valid investment license for the foreign company must be provided, with a duration of no less than 90 days.
The requirements for updating the sub-commercial registration data of a company must be fulfilled in the event of an update.
Government fees:
1,600 SAR for a joint-stock company, simplified joint-stock company.
1,200 SAR for a limited liability company.
1,000 SAR for a general partnership, limited partnership.
