A service through which an individual's license to provide advertising content via social media platforms can be renewed. The advertisement includes the individual's promotion of a brand, product, service, event, or business occasion. This license excludes an individual's advertising of their own product or service via their personal account.

Service Conditions

1- The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
2- The license applicant must pledge to abide by the terms and conditions for individuals submitting advertising content via social media platforms issued by the Authority.
3- The license applicant must pledge to adhere to the controls regarding content, advertisements, classifications (including age classification), and instructions issued by the Authority.
4- The license applicant must undertake to provide any data, information or reports requested by the Authority.
5- The license applicant must pledge to stop advertising any media content immediately and without objection upon the Authority’s request.
6- The license applicant must pledge not to display any advertisement except through an account registered with the Authority and linked to the license granted to the licensee.
7- The resident or foreign investor is required to have a license (audio and visual media advertising offices, marketing offices, and advertising agencies) and his ownership percentage in the company must not be less than 50%, according to the data registered with government agencies.
