Required Documents

Submit an online application through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs platform or other approved platforms.
Accurately enter the applicant’s details and document information.
Pay the certification fee electronically.
Provide a copy of the applicant’s national ID or residence permit if required.
In some cases, attach an application letter or authorization (for example, if the request is submitted by a representative).
Verify that the applicant’s name matches the document information if it relates to personal certificates.
Receive the certified document electronically or through the designated attestation offices.

Service Conditions

1- The document must be original or an officially certified true copy issued by the competent authority within Saudi Arabia.
2- The document must be issued by an official (governmental or accredited) entity.
3- The destination country must be a member of the Hague Convention.
4- The Apostille can only be issued for certain recognized types of documents, not for all kinds of papers.
5- The document must be recent and free of erasures or alterations.
6- The government fee is 30 SAR per page.
