Contract management and documentation

We submit a request that allows establishments to create, document, and terminate employee contracts electronically. After creating the employment contract, the employee can approve, reject, or request modification of the contract through his account in the Individual Forces. If both parties agree, the contract is considered authenticated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Service Conditions

The establishment must be established.
That the worker does not have a valid contract in Qawia.
The worker's work permit must be valid for more than (60) days.
Required Data: (Email-Absher Phone Number-identity worker-bank statement-contract duration-salary determination-occupation-work qualification-number of working days and hours).
