Issuing a temporary investment license to implement one government/semi-government contract

This service is provided to foreign companies that are approved for awarding governmental or semi-governmental projects and do not hold a foreign investment license in terms of activity and contract scope, where it can apply for a temporary license to implement a governmental / semi-governmental contract that expires at the end of the contract.

Required Documents

A copy of the establishment’s commercial register, certified by Saudi Embassy.
A copy of the governmental entity letter or the project execution contract.
National Address.
The financial statements for the last financial year of the foreign company requesting a license certified by the Saudi Embassy.
Entity's Articles of Association certified by the Saudi Embassy.
A copy of the national IDs for partners and managers (Either Saudis or residents).

Service Conditions

The existence of the governmental entity letter or the project execution contract signed by the competent authority including the duration of the contract.
Payment of fees within 15 days.
Required Data: (Email - Absher Phone Number - Phone Number in the Company's Country - Government or Semi-government Contract Activities - Partners IDs - City in which the License is Requested).
