A statement from the Ministry of Commerce regarding the transfer of the Commercial Register.

The Commercial License or a Lease Contract from Modon.

Environmental permit for the new owner.

A document to prove no loan relationship from the Industrial Development Fund.

An investment license if the investment is foreign or joint

Attach a valid Environmental Permit.

Attach a location license.

There is no lending relationship from the Industrial Development Fund.

There are no financial claims in any of the banks.

No processing requests for the factory.

For the Commercial Register to be valid.
