A copy of the commercial register of the foreign company.
Articles of association of the foreign company.
Agency from the company to the applicant.
Photo ID of the applicant.
Service Conditions
The trade name must not be similar in singular or plural or identical to a trade name previously registered for another person.
The trade name must not be non-Arabic or have no meaning.
The trade name must not be a family name unless the name is existing with the same activity for the customer and has been previously registered for him.
That the name does not include a title (lawyer - master - lady - prince - princess - sheikh - father - brother)
The words Gulf, Arabic, international and international are acceptable attributes with the trade name.
It is not allowed to add activities in the trade name such as (contracting - trade - maintenance - real estate).
All names with religious overtones are prohibited.
It is stipulated that the trade name does not contain the name of a non-Arab country or city.
You cannot reserve a trade name that contains the word group unless after reviewing the Ministry to fulfill the conditions.

The maximum number of names reserved and accepted for the customer is three names only.
