Required Documents
1- A copy of the amended contract.
2- A letter from the foreign client stating that the contract has been amended if (the client is a foreigner).
3- A letter from the Saudi client stating that the contract has been amended if it is between (two Saudi parties).
4- If both parties to the contract are Saudis, the contract shall be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Kingdom.
5- If the article “amending the basic contract” is not mentioned, the amendment shall be made according to the conclusion of a new contract between the two parties.
6- A copy of the authorization, if any.
