1- A copy of the expired commercial agency.
2- A letter from the foreign principal stating the renewal of the contract based on what was mentioned in the contract concluded between the two parties, and the letter is attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the client’s country and the Saudi embassy in the client’s country.
3- A letter from the Saudi client stating the renewal of the contract if it is between (two Saudi parties).
