Service Conditions

No unpaid traffic violations registered on the worker and the new sponsor. Validity of the worker's passport.
The approval of the Ministry of Labor to transfer services to the new sponsor.
The worker should not be registered in the system as “absent from work.”
no exit/re-entry or final exit has been issued for the worker.
Existence of a photograph and fingerprint of the worker in the system.
Transfer of sponsorship for the first time: 2000 riyals, the second time: 4000 riyals, the third time and above: 6000 riyals
