Special conditions for establishments: The beneficiary establishment must be: All local establishments operating during the Hajj season. Labor market establishments located in: Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Madinah Al-Munawwarah, and Jeddah.
Special conditions for individuals: The individual must be at least 18 years old. The individual must be employed (expatriates only). Approval of the primary employer (expatriates only).
