Service Conditions
That the worker has a labor dispute case whose status is “existing”, in one of the following entities: Primary Commission for Settlement of Labor Disputes. The Supreme Commission for Settlement of Labor Disputes.
That the labor dispute case be under the following classifications: Main classification: collective or individual case. Subcategories: All subcategories, except for the following: Domestic labor issues Cases of violations of the work system Mortality issues Final exit issues.
Conditions for labor disputes (specific to establishments): The permit period is a maximum of 6 months.
Conditions for individuals: The individual must hold a valid resident ID. The worker must have a labor dispute case with an “ongoing” status in one of the following entities: The Primary Authority for Settlement of Labor Disputes. The Supreme Authority for Settlement of Labor Disputes.
The labor dispute case must be under the following categories: Main Category: Collective or Individual Case. Sub-Category: All sub-categories, except for the following categories: Domestic Worker Cases Labor System Violations Cases Death Cases Final Exit Cases.
